Our Products

Cherry Noir is a Netherlands-based latex and atelier studio. We produce handcrafted latex garments — including catsuits, corsets, skirts, and hoods — as well as atelier pieces in silk, velvet, and other luxury fabrics, and a selection of accessories including gloves and collars. Every piece leaves our studio only when it meets our standards.
Our ready-to-wear collection is made in small batches and sold from stock. Seasonal and limited pieces are produced in single short runs and are not restocked once sold out. Bespoke and custom pieces are made entirely to order, to your measurements and specifications. You can request a bespoke consultation here.
Our latex range focuses on close-fitting, high-shine garments made from natural latex sheeting. The atelier range is cut and sewn from luxury fabrics including silk, satin, and velvet, and tends toward more flowing, draped silhouettes. Many customers wear pieces from both ranges together. We also offer hybrid pieces that combine latex panels with soft fabric.
We do not have a traditional retail shop. Our atelier is open for private viewings and fittings by appointment only. You can book a visit here. We find that a private appointment allows us to give each client the attention they deserve — without the noise of a busy shop floor.

Latex & Materials

We use natural latex sheeting sourced from responsible suppliers, available in thicknesses from 0.3mm to 0.5mm depending on the garment. Thinner latex (0.3mm) is used for accessories and lightweight pieces; standard garments are typically 0.4mm; structured pieces such as corsets use 0.5mm. All latex is free from artificial fillers.
If you have a confirmed latex allergy, we strongly advise against wearing natural latex garments. We do not currently offer latex-free alternatives. If you have a mild sensitivity or have never been tested, please consult a medical professional before purchasing. Your safety is more important to us than a sale.
Our ready-to-wear collection focuses on our signature palette — deep black, crimson red, and dark jewel tones. Custom orders can be made in any colour available from our latex supplier, including metallics, pastels, and transparents. Colour swatches are available to view during an atelier appointment.
Latex is a natural material and will degrade if stored incorrectly. Exposure to UV light, heat, oil-based products, copper, and bronze will accelerate this process. With proper care — silicone-based polish, storage in a dark cotton bag away from light and heat — latex garments can last for many years. See our care section below for full guidance.

Sizing & Fit

Latex is designed to fit as a second skin — close-fitting, with no slack. It should feel snug but not restrictive to movement or breathing. Unlike woven fabric, latex has no give in the traditional sense, but it does stretch and conform. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up. A garment that is slightly too large can be polished to fit more closely; one that is too small cannot be safely stretched.
Use a flexible measuring tape against bare skin or light undergarments. For bust, measure around the fullest part of your chest. For waist, measure at the narrowest point. For hips, measure at the fullest point. Full guidance with diagrams is available on our Size Guide page.
If you fall between two sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort, particularly for full-body garments. For items such as corsets where you want a specific level of reduction, please mention this in your order notes or request a consultation — we can advise on the best approach for the specific piece.
Yes — all bespoke orders are made to your exact measurements. There is no standard size premium for custom sizing on bespoke pieces. If a ready-to-wear piece is not quite right, we may also be able to alter it; please contact us before placing your order to discuss this.

Ordering & Payment

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), iDEAL, bank transfer, and in3 — which allows you to split the cost into three interest-free instalments. Payment is processed securely at checkout. For bespoke orders a deposit is required before production begins.
Yes. All transactions are processed over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We do not store your card details. Our payment systems comply with PCI DSS standards.
in3 lets you pay in three equal, interest-free instalments. The first payment is made at checkout; the second and third are collected automatically 30 and 60 days later. in3 is available for orders between €100 and €3,000. A soft credit check is performed during checkout. Full details are available at payin3.eu.
Ready-to-wear orders can be cancelled or amended within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at cherrynoir.atelier@gmail.com. Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced, and the deposit is non-refundable.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship from the Netherlands to most countries worldwide. Domestic (Netherlands) shipping is free. International shipping is charged at a flat rate of €9.95. For orders to countries outside the EU, please be aware that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Ready-to-wear orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 1–2 business days after dispatch. EU delivery is generally 3–7 business days; international delivery varies by destination. Bespoke orders have a lead time that is confirmed at the time of your consultation, typically 4–8 weeks.
All orders are packaged discreetly with no external branding that indicates the nature of the contents. Latex pieces are stored in cotton bags before being placed in outer packaging to prevent light damage during transit. We take care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the garment immediately and contact us at cherrynoir.atelier@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unpolished, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before returning any item to receive a return authorisation number.
No. Bespoke and custom-made pieces are produced specifically for you and are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced. This is standard practice for made-to-measure garments. We encourage you to use our consultation service to ensure you are fully satisfied with your choice before commissioning a piece.
Exchanges are available subject to stock availability. If the size you need is in stock, we can process an exchange on an unworn, unpolished garment returned within 14 days. Please contact us to arrange this before sending anything back.

Care & Maintenance

Apply a light coat of silicone-based lubricant (such as Vivishine or similar) to the inside of the garment and to your skin. Do not use oil-based products — these will permanently damage natural latex. Ease the garment on slowly, smoothing out any air pockets as you go. Avoid sharp jewellery or nails that could catch the material.
After wearing, rinse the garment inside and out with warm (not hot) water and a small amount of mild soap. Rinse thoroughly, then hang to air-dry away from direct sunlight. Once fully dry, apply a silicone-based polish to restore shine and protect the surface. Store in a dark cotton bag away from heat and UV light. Do not store in contact with copper, bronze, or other metals, which will cause discolouration.
Small tears can sometimes be repaired using latex glue, though this requires care and is best done by someone with experience. For significant damage to a Cherry Noir piece, contact us — depending on the nature of the damage, we may be able to carry out a repair at the atelier. We cannot guarantee a repair will be invisible, but we will always assess honestly and advise accordingly.
Care instructions vary by fabric. Silk and satin pieces should be hand-washed in cold water with a gentle detergent, or dry-cleaned. Velvet should be dry-cleaned only. Care labels are attached to every garment and contain specific instructions for that piece. When in doubt, choose dry-cleaning — it is always the safer option for luxury fabrics.

The Atelier

Our studio is located at Pannekeetweg 16, 1704PL Heerhugowaard, Heerhugowaard, Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce number: 42026286 · VAT number: NL005440146B91). The address is also shared with you upon confirmation of your appointment.
An atelier visit is a private, unhurried session — typically 60 to 90 minutes — dedicated entirely to you. You can browse and try on pieces from the current collection, discuss bespoke options, and ask any questions you might have. Coffee or tea is always provided. There is no obligation to purchase, and no pressure of any kind.
Of course — you are welcome to bring one guest. Please let us know when booking so we can ensure we have enough space and refreshments. Additional guests beyond one may be more difficult to accommodate in the private studio setting.
Yes — we offer private video consultations for clients who cannot visit the atelier in person. These are conducted through our secure private consultation room and can cover the same ground as an in-person visit: browsing options, discussing bespoke requirements, and taking measurements. You can request a remote consultation here.

Bespoke & Custom

We offer three categories of bespoke service: Latex — custom latex garments made to your measurements and design; Sewing — tailored atelier pieces in luxury fabrics; and Alterations — adjustments or repairs to garments not originally made by us. All services begin with a consultation.
Lead times depend on the complexity of the piece and our current workload. As a guide, most bespoke latex garments take 4–8 weeks from confirmed order to completion. Complex multi-panel designs or rush orders may vary. Your exact lead time is confirmed in writing before production begins.
Pricing depends on the design, materials, and complexity. A quote is provided in writing following your consultation, with no obligation to proceed. A deposit — typically 50% of the total — is required to confirm a bespoke order and begin production. The balance is due upon completion, before dispatch or collection.
We can be inspired by references you share with us, but we do not copy other designers' work. We will always create something original — often better suited to you personally than the reference — using your inspiration as a starting point. Bring images, sketches, or mood boards to your consultation and we will take it from there.
